Glossary
1. MagiCycles: This website and software to create/share route and ride.
2. Services: The magicycles.com website and software.
3. Terms: This file. If there is any contradiction between English version and Chinese version, then the Chinese version shall take precedence over the English version.
Accepting the Terms
1. In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
2. You understand and agree that MagiCycles will treat your use as acceptance of the Terms.
Your Account
1. MagiCycles use Google/SinaWeibo account to login, Google/Sina will share your email address/uid with MagiCycles but not your password or any other personal information. You must maintaining your account and password on Google/Sina's sites.
2. You understand and agree that MagiCycles use your email address/uid to personalize the information what you upload/post to MagiCycles.
Privacy and your personal information
1. You agree to use of your information if you upload/post to MagiCycles. MagiCycles may save/present some of your personal information ( including but not limited to your location, ride record, photo, relationship ).
Content from you
1. You agree that you are solely responsible for any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services, You confirm and warrant to MagiCycles that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to upload/post the Content.
2. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you upload/post. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give MagiCycles a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you upload/post.
3. MagiCycles reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from you.
Content from the Services
1. MagiCycles have all the rights of auto-generate Content ( including but not limited to route map, elevations chart, stats ). You may not use the content for commercial purposes or distribute without MagiCycles agreement.
Changes to the Terms
1. MagiCycles may make changes to the Terms or Additional Terms from time to time. The latest Terms available at http://www.magicycles.com/tos/.
2. You understand and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the Terms or Additional Terms have changed, MagiCycles will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms or Additional Terms.

1. MagiCycles使用 Google/Sina微博帐号登录, Google/Sina将共享您的 Email地址/用户ID 给MagiCycles, 但不包括您的密码及其他个人信息. 您必须在Google/Sina的网站而不是在MagiCycles上维护您的密码及其他个人信息.
2. 您理解并同意MagiCycles使用您的 Email地址/用户ID 以个性化您上传/发布到MagiCycles的信息.
隐私与你的个人信息
1. 您同意MagiCycles使用您上传/发布到MagiCycles的个人信息. MagiCycles将保存/显示你的一些个人信息(包括但不限于你的位置、骑行记录、照片、好友关系).
您提供的内容
1. 您同意独自就您在使用服务时创作,传送或展示的任何内容以及您做出该等行为的后果承担责任. 您确认您拥有您上传/发布的所有内容的权利,权力和必要授权.
2. 您保留你在服务上或通过服务上传/发布的内容中已持有的著作权及任何其他权利. 通过上传/发布内容, 您给予MagiCycles一项永久性的、不可撤销的、世界范围内的、免交使用费的及非排他性的许可, 以复制、改编、修改、翻译、发布、公开实施、公开展示及分发您在服务上或通过服务上传/发布的任何内容.
3. MagiCycles保留从服务中筛选、审阅、标明、过滤、修订、拒绝或删除任何或所有内容的权利(但无义务这样做).
本服务提供的内容
1. MagiCycles拥有所有自动生成的内容的权利(包括但不限于路线地图,海拔表,数据统计). 您不可在未取得MagiCycles授权的情况下分发这些内容或用于商业目的.
本条款的变更
1. MagiCycles可不时对条款或附加条款作出变更, 最新版的条款在 http://www.magicycles.com/tos/ .
2. 您理解并同意, 如果您在条款或附加条款变更日期之后使用服务, 则MagiCycles将把您的使用视为接受更新后的条款或附加条款.
